Big Beau Brown, a content creator on TikTok, produces various Point of View (POV) videos to show his viewers what life is like for a tall person. He stands at 7’1″ (216 cm) and presents his perspective and experiences in various activities and places.
To get a more specific sense of Beau’s height, it’s interesting to know the global average: the average height for men is 5’9″ (about 175 cm), and women tend to reach around 5’4″ (about 162 cm). Additionally, it’s estimated that there are approximately 2,800 people worldwide who are over 7 feet tall.
In an interview with Bored Panda, the content creator explained, “… the idea occurred to me that maybe I could put people in my shoes with a camera and, hopefully, spread a little joy… I started getting a lot of messages saying that my videos were helping people embrace their different bodies and look at them in a different way, and that was everything to me.”
Despite travel being a challenging experience (due to difficulty fitting into seats) and his gym experience requiring many adaptations, Beau has been enjoying sharing his perspective, interacting with different people, and hearing diverse stories every day.
